These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales of products by The Good Lab to any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) making a purchase via the website www.dissidentparfums.com.
These Terms, together with the order confirmation, constitute the contractual agreement between The Good Lab and the Customer.
Any order placed on the website requires prior acceptance of these Terms without reservation. If the Customer does not agree, they must not use the website.
The Good Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

Order: the purchase request submitted by the Customer via the website.

Article 2 – Purpose
These Terms define the contractual relationship between The Good Lab and the Customer and apply to all purchases made through the website.

Any illegal or unauthorized use of the products is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 – Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), and applicable at the time of the order.
The Good Lab reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one in effect at the time of the order.
Products remain the property of The Good Lab until full payment has been received.
Promotional items are valid while stocks last.
For customers outside the European Union, prices are exclusive of VAT but may be subject to local taxes and customs duties, which remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Article 4 – Orders
Orders are placed via the website www.dissidentparfums.com.
The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Any inaccurate or misleading information may result in cancellation of the order.
The Good Lab reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of a dispute regarding a previous order.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the order.
Accepted payment methods include credit card and PayPal, via secure payment interfaces.
All payments are final and non-reversible once accepted.
Article 6 – Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch.
Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery method, destination, and package weight.
Delivery times are indicative. If delivery exceeds 30 days, the Customer may request cancellation and a refund.
Typical delivery time is 3 to 10 business days depending on destination. During product launches, preparation times may be slightly extended.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Article 8 – Liability
The Good Lab is bound by an obligation of means throughout the ordering process.
The company cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the internet, including data loss, intrusion, viruses, or service interruptions.
