Refund policy
RETURNS
Once your order has been delivered, we accept returns within 14 days, provided that the product is unopened, undamaged, and still sealed in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Please contact us at contact (at) dissidentparfums (dot) com with the reason for your return.
We will provide you with the return address by email.
Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. A refund will only be issued once the goods have been received and inspected, and found to comply with our terms and conditions.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service requiring a signature upon receipt, and keeping your tracking number.
In case of a missing item or an error on our part regarding your order, please contact us by email.
YOUR PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?
It may have been received on your behalf. Please check with your surroundings (neighbor, concierge, nearby shop).
If not, please follow these steps:
Step 1:
File a claim with Colissimo via the tracking page or by phone at +33 3631 (France only).
Step 2:
Notify us of the lost parcel (via the contact form), including your order reference and the claim reference, so we can validate the loss.
It is essential that you complete these steps in order for the claim to be processed.
